Who We Are

SPCARRENTAL.online provides a booking assistance service to travelers seeking to compare and reserve rental vehicles in the United States. We help you search for availability, compare pricing across rental providers, and complete a reservation on your behalf. We do not own, operate, or maintain any rental vehicle fleet.

Service Fees

A service fee may apply for the use of our booking assistance, separate from and in addition to the rental provider's own rate. All applicable fees are disclosed and confirmed with you before you agree to complete a booking.

Accuracy of Information

Rates and availability are ultimately controlled by the rental provider and may change without notice. Final terms are confirmed at the time of booking. We are not responsible for the condition of vehicles or actions of rental provider staff — any such issues should be addressed with the rental provider, though we're glad to help facilitate communication.

Privacy Policy

This section explains how SPCARRENTAL.online ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information you provide when you use our website or call our booking assistance line.

Information We Collect

• Contact details you provide, such as name, phone number, and email address
• Trip details, including pick-up/drop-off locations, dates, and vehicle preferences
• Information shared with us during a phone call to process your booking request
• Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, for site performance purposes

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to quote and callback requests
• To search for and compare rental options on your behalf
• To coordinate and confirm bookings with rental providers
• To contact you about your request or an existing reservation

Sharing of Information

We share the minimum information necessary with rental providers to complete your booking. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and share information only when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you provide. No method of transmission over the internet or phone is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You may request that we stop contacting you or delete the information we hold about you by emailing bookings@spcarrental.online.

Terms & Conditions

By using our website or calling our booking line, you agree to these terms.

Our Role

SPCARRENTAL.online is an independent booking assistance service and is not a car rental company. We help travelers compare rates and complete reservations with third-party rental providers. Final rental terms, vehicle availability, and rental agreements are between you and the rental provider.

Service Fees & Quotes

We may charge a service fee for our assistance, separate from the rental provider's own rate; any applicable fee is disclosed before you agree to book. Quotes are based on information available at the time of your request and are subject to change — a quote is not a guaranteed reservation until confirmed.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate trip details, contact information, and driver information
• Meet the rental provider's requirements at pick-up (valid license, age, payment method)
• Review and comply with the rental provider's own rental agreement and policies

Limitation of Liability

SPCARRENTAL.online acts as a booking intermediary and is not liable for the acts, omissions, vehicle condition, or service quality of rental providers. Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the service fee paid to us for the specific booking in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which our business operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, changes, and refunds are handled for bookings made through SPCARRENTAL.online.

Our Service Fee

Our service fee covers the time and effort our specialists spend comparing rates and coordinating your reservation. Because this work is completed at the time of booking, our service fee is generally non-refundable once a reservation has been confirmed, except where required by law or at our discretion in cases of provider error.

Rental Provider Charges

The rental rate itself is set and collected according to the rental provider's own cancellation policy, which varies by rate type (refundable vs. non-refundable), provider, and how close to the pick-up date the cancellation is made. We'll explain the applicable terms for your specific booking before you confirm.

How to Cancel or Change a Booking

Call us at +1 (855) 657-5978 with your confirmation details, and our team will process your cancellation or change request directly with the rental provider and confirm the outcome with you.

No-Shows & Refund Timing

If you do not arrive to pick up your vehicle without cancelling in advance, the rental provider's no-show policy applies. When a refund is due, it's typically processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
